Cracker HP
The HP cracker is designed to prevent the loss of oil and petroleum products from the tank in cases of pipeline rupture or failure of the shut-off devices placed on it. The cracker opens and closes with the help of the main cable from the control mechanism or a spare cable connected to the skylight of the tank. For ease of operation, the HP-150, 250, 400, 600 are equipped with a bypass valve.

The control mechanism of the cracker is a component of the tanks, designed to open and close the valves of the crackers (main and bypass) and fix them in the open position. The control mechanism is mounted on the side wall of the tank above the cracker. In terms of resistance to the effects of climatic factors, it corresponds to the performance of the placement category 1 according to GOST R 15150-69.
